How we think about it

Secure by default.Your card number never reaches us — payment is completed on the provider's own encrypted pages, and what comes back to us is a reference and an amount. Neither we nor the organizer can see your card.

Prices are what they say. Events sell in the currency the organizer set, and that is the currency the buyer is charged in. Nothing is converted quietly between the page and the statement.

Every event is reviewed before it sells. A person checks each listing before it goes live, and again if its date, venue or price changes afterwards. It costs organizers a little time, and it is the reason a buyer can trust what is on the page.

The organizer's brand comes first.Set your colours, your logo and your sender name, and your event pages, your checkout and the emails your buyers receive all follow. Somebody who arrived from your Instagram should not feel handed off to a stranger's website to pay.

Buying takes no account. A sign-up wall between someone and a ticket they have already decided to buy costs the organizer the sale, so guest checkout works and the tickets are emailed straight to you.

When something goes wrong, there is a way through. Tickets that never arrived can be resent without an account. Refunds can be asked for, and a person answers — either way, with a reason.
