Buyer agreement

The terms of sale that apply when you buy a ticket through AllEvents.

Overview

AllEvents is owned by All Events E-tegrated N3twork Limited. AllEvents sells tickets listed on the website — a marketplace — on behalf of event organisers, promoters, venues and vendors (“organisers”, “promoters”, “venues” and “vendors” shall be referred to as “Vendor”). Any representations made by the Vendor regarding the event at any time, and any associated complaints or claims, are the responsibility of the Vendor and not of All Events E-tegrated N3twork Ltd. The Vendor sets ticket prices.

Any ticket issued is subject to the following conditions and may be revoked by the issuer, the proprietor of the venue and/or the organiser of the event for breach of any of the specified conditions. AllEvents may change or amend these Terms & Conditions of Sale at any time.

Your ticket

As a Buyer, you choose a ticket from the listings on the website and, when you have found the tickets you want at the right price, you click to buy that ticket, enter and confirm your credit or debit card information, and confirm the purchase of the tickets.

It is important to note that tickets are listed and sold by third parties, and your contract for the purchase of a ticket listed on the website is made with the third party that has listed the ticket for sale.

While we try to ensure that all listings on the website are accurate, technical errors may occur. If we discover that an error has occurred which has resulted in an incorrectly confirmed order, AllEvents will inform you as soon as possible and reserves the right to cancel your order. Where it is possible we will give you the option of reconfirming your order with the correct details or cancelling your order for a full refund. If we are unable to contact you, you agree that we may treat the order as cancelled without any liability to us.

It is your responsibility to look after your ticket or tickets after purchase. A ticket must be presented in order to gain admittance to the event. The code on the ticket uniquely identifies that ticket and the purchaser, and can be redeemed only once. Multiple copies of a ticket will not allow multiple entries. In the event that multiple copies of the same code are presented at the event, the Vendor may refuse entry to all ticket holders presenting tickets with that code.

Prior to arriving at the event, the following should be at hand: your ticket, and the ticket reference. The ticket reference can be found on the receipt sent to the email address you used when purchasing the ticket. On arrival at the event, the entry staff will scan the barcode on your ticket.

When presenting concession tickets, or entering events with an age restriction in place, appropriate identification must be shown. If suitable identification is not presented, you may be refused admittance to the event.

Each event is priced in the currency its organiser chose, and that is the currency you are charged in — nothing is converted between the price on the page and the amount that reaches your statement. At checkout you are offered the payment methods that can actually take that currency, which may include card, bank transfer or mobile money depending on the event. The payment itself is completed on the payment provider's own secure pages; AllEvents never sees or stores your card number.

Postponements, cancellations and refunds

Events are sometimes postponed or cancelled completely. Event dates and times are usually printed on the tickets and are not usually subject to change. It is important that you check with the event venue or local media to ensure that you arrive at the correct time and on the correct date.

If an event is rescheduled, tickets will often be valid for the new date and you will not in any circumstances be entitled to a refund for a rescheduled event. Please be aware that on occasion an event organiser may, at their discretion or owing to production changes, opt to withdraw a seating location and supply an alternative. Whilst AllEvents cannot be held liable for this change, in the event that you are unhappy with the alternate ticket or tickets we may at our discretion offer a refund of 100% of the order value upon return of the unused original ticket.

In the event of a cancellation, the purchase will be refunded directly to the credit card used for the original purchase.

Ticket limits

How many tickets you may buy in one transaction is set by the organiser, per ticket type, and is limited by how many of that type remain on sale. Where an event uses reserved seating, you may hold only as many seats of a given type as you have selected tickets for.

AllEvents reserves the right to limit or cancel orders which, in our reasonable judgement, are made to circumvent those limits or to resell tickets in breach of these terms.

Changes in programme

The Vendor reserves the right to withdraw, replace, add or substitute artists or performers without notice.

Recording and audiotaping events

Cameras and video recorders, audiotape recorders and other types of recording device may be prohibited at the event.

Refusal of admission or ejection for objectionable behaviour

The Vendor or venue reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose behaviour does not comply with the rules and regulations set forth by the venue and/or promoter.

Credit card problems

The AllEvents ticketing system involves an immediate exchange of information between us and your bank. Occasionally, your bank may not authorise a transaction, based on your account status or your card not being enabled for online purchases. In these instances it is your bank declining your card, not AllEvents, so please contact your bank for a resolution.
